Michelle Browning has been rewarded with her third Big 12 Gymnast of the Week award this season.

Announced Tuesday, the award was given to Browning for her performance against Minnesota on Saturday. 

At Minnesota, the senior shared the all-around honors with a score of 39.225. She earned the highest scores in bars with 9.850 and shared the beam title with 9.825.

This is the lowest all-around score Browning has received in Iowa State’s last three meets. These performances mark a rebound from the struggles she faced mid-season. 

The Big 12 Gymnast of the Week has become a norm for the two-time team co-captain. This is the eighth time she has been awarded with the honor in her career at Iowa State. 

With this award she has the most in Cyclone history passing All-American Janet Anson.
