Gasim Haron, 23, 1320 Gateway Hills Park Drive unit 409, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated (second offense), driving under revocation and open container on the 300 block of Welch Avenue. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center (reported at 1:10 a.m.).

Ryan Ferguson, 28, of Des Moines, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at Chamberlain Street and Lynn Avenue. He was additionally taken into custody on a warrant held by the Windsor Heights Police Department. Ferguson was transported to the Story County Justice Center (reported at 2:07 a.m.).
