Carl Hanson, 20, 716 Maple Hall, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and providing alcohol to underage persons. Trisha Collins, 20, 2132 Frederiksen Court, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol (second offense) and harassment of a public official at the Alumni Center.
