Alexander Sullivan, 18, and Tyler Velin, 18, both of 2603 Helser Hall, were arrested on warrants, charging them each with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession of alcohol; they were transported to the Story County Justice Center (reported at 7:35 p.m.).
