Jon Judge, 34, 1226 24th St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Lincoln Way and University Boulevard; he was transported to the Story County Justice Center (reported at 1:46 a.m.).

Christopher Hoover, 29, of Macomb, Mich., was arrested and charged with public intoxication at Franklin Avenue and Lincoln Way; he was transported to the Story County Justice Center (reported at 3:26 a.m.).
