Joshua Cline, 22, of Polk City, Iowa, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated (reported at 2:45 a.m.).

Vehicles driven by Mikl Parsons and Glenn Crosswait were involved in a property damage collision at Osborn Drive and Wallace Road (reported at 8:56 a.m.).
