suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia at Ash Avenue and

Lincoln Way; he was transported to the Story County Justice

Darnell Melvin, 20, 2215 Frederiksen

Court, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled

substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; he was transported

to the Story County Justice Center (reported at 2:15 a.m.). 

Vehicles driven by Kelly Kilgore and

Candice Hager were involved in a property damage

collision at Osborn Drive and Wallace Road (reported at 6:40

p.m.).
