Hanyu Yangcheng reported the theft

of a laptop computer at the Food Science Building (reported at 9:37

a.m.).

April Nikkel, 22, of Kelley, Iowa,

was arrested and charged with theft (third degree) and forgery

(reported at 3:30 p.m.).
