In the second phase of a pavement and asphalt full-depth replacement, Northwood Drive is closed from just north of River Oak to Duff Avenue. This includes River Oak Circle and Grove Avenue from Northwood Drive to Duff Avenue. Vehicles in this area must be moved to a side street with legal parking.
