Construction work is continuing along Lincoln Way from Franklin Avenue to Hayward Avenue for Water main service transfers. The outside lane in each direction will be closed. Access to all businesses and residences along Lincoln Way will be maintained. Traffic will be reopened to two lanes each direction prior to ISU home football games. Work along Lincoln Way is expected to take several weeks to complete.
