A body specimen was requested from a driver who was suspected of operating while intoxicated at Storm Street and Welch Avenue (reported at 12:45 a.m.).
Ryan Koll, 20, of 3398 Friley Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol st Hayward Avenue and Lincoln Way (reported at 12:48 a.m.).
A body specimen was requested from a driver who was suspected of operating while intoxicated at Hyland Avenue and Lincoln Way (reported at 1:46 a.m.).
