Jared Clausen, 18, of Des Moines, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Helser Hall (reported at 12:01 a.m.). 

Robert Mueller, 22, of Urbandale, Iowa, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at Lake LaVerne; he was transported to the Story County Justice Center (reported at 2:16 a.m.). 

Junyi Huang, 3203 Roberts Hall, reported the theft of a bike at Roberts Hall. The item was possibly located near Linden Hall; however, the victim could not immediately prove ownership (reported at 5:01 p.m.). 

Officers responded to a leaking tank of nitrogen. The item was rendered safe at Hoover Hall (reported at 5:53 p.m.). 

A vehicle that left the scene collided with a car owned by Stephanie Carrera at 13th Street and Stange Road (reported at 7:12 p.m.). 

Chuanli Wei, 20, 420 S. Fourth St. unit 8, was arrested and charged with fraudulent practices, driving under suspension, harassment of a public official and operation without registration in Lot 63; he was transported to the Story County Justice Center (reported at 10:15 p.m.).
