Benjamin Couch, 20, of 119 Stanton Ave., was arrested and charged with driving under suspension at Hayward Avenue and Knapp Street; he was subsequently released on citation.

Sean Conley, 19, of Chicago, was cited for underage possession of alcohol (reported at 8:45 p.m.).
