Nicholas Korpi, 20, of Muscatine, and Elizabeth Engelen, 20, of 301 Lynn Ave., were cited for underage possession of alcohol at the intersection of Chamberlain Street and Welch Avenue (reported at 12:35 a.m.).

Edgar Ramirez, age 19, of Polk City, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and carrying weapons. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center. Charles Patterson, age 19, of Ankeny, was cited for unlawful use of a license and underage possession of alcohol. Christopher Rubie, age 19, of Clive, was cited for underage possession of alcohol (second offense) at the intersection of Mortensen Road and South Dakota Avenue (reported at 12:39 a.m.).

Charles Urbach, 24, of 221 Crystal Ave., was arrested and charged with criminal mischief (fourth and fifth), public intoxication (third) and interference with official acts (simple) (reported at 8:00 a.m.).

A resident reported the theft of several items from a storage area at Lyon Hall (reported at 8:16 p.m.).
