Andrew Whitmore, 22, of 427 N. Franklin Ave., was arrested and charged with driving under suspension at the intersection of Daley Drive and Stange Road. He was subsequently released on citation (reported at 12:05 a.m.).

Angela Nemmers, 53, of 225 S. Kellogg, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct (reported at 5 p.m.).
