Francis Schneider, 20, of 515 Brown Ct., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated, eluding and underage possession of alcohol (second offense) at the intersection of 13th Street and Stange Road. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center (reported at 1:30 a.m.).

An officer identified an unauthorized individual who was disposition of construction material in a university dumpster at Wallace Hall (reported at 10:25 a.m.).

Alicia Hendrix, 21, of 225 North Hyland Ave. #19, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension at Lincoln Way and Lynn Avenue. She was subsequently released on citation (reported at 4:22 p.m.).
