Kyle Crozier, 21, of 4611 Mortensen Rd. #322, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and driving while barred. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center. A passenger in the vehicle, Siri Nelson, 20, of Council Bluffs, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Mortensen Parkway and State Avenue (reported at 3:02 a.m.).

Sergio Flores, 20, of 4912 Mortensen Rd. #121, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and false imprisonment (serious) (reported at 5:50 a.m.).

Steven Roy, 41, of 236 S. Kellogg Ave., was arrested and charged with domestic assault, violation of protective order — contempt and domestic abuse (aggravated) (reported at 4:57 p.m.).
