Cindy Schuster-Villafane, 26, of 414 S. 4th St. #103, was arrested and charged with public intoxication (reported at 2:35 a.m.).

Jose Garcia, 28, of 214 Main St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication (reported at 2:50 a.m.).

Antonio Hargrow, 40, of 3404 Coy #6, was arrested and charged with domestic abuse (serious). (reported at 9:30 a.m.). 

A staff member reported being harrassed by a resident at Frederiksen Court (reported at 10:38 a.m.).

A staff member reported receiving a harrassing telephone message at Hamilton Hall (reported at 1:15 p.m.).

Officers checked the welfare of a person who was experiencing emotional difficulties at Maple Hall (reported at 2:55 p.m.).

Randy Silverthorn, 51, of 5308 Norris St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication (reported at 10:47 p.m.).
