Laura Schultz, 21, of 619 Meadow Place, was arrested and charged with public intoxication on the 100 block of Welch Avenue (reported at 12:46 a.m.).

Frances Clemente Erickson, 19, of 217 Welch Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at the intersection of Storm Street and Welch Avenue (reported at 1:14 a.m.).

Faisal Luvaga, 19, of Iowa City, and Ben Nadler, 20, of 4927 Westbend Dr., was arrested and charged with criminal trespass at Beyer Hall. They were released on citation (reported at 1:44 a.m.).

Brent Herbert, 21, of 4232 Frederiksen Court, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center (reported at 2:48 a.m.).

Miguel Negrete, of 35B Schilletter Village, reported the theft of a bicycle (reported at 12:15 p.m.).

Jennifer Kauffman, of 44A Schilletter Village, reported the theft of a bicycle (reported at 4:26 p.m.).

A vehicle was towed at the intersection of 13th Street and Stange Road after it was determined the driver had no insurance (reported at 4:26 p.m.).

Travis Clark, 19, of E. 9th St., was arrested and charged with violation of parole (reported at 5:10 p.m.).

Kenneth Jones, 28, of 626 Carr Dr., was arrested and charged with willful failure to appear and possession of a controlled substance (reported at 5:30 p.m.).

Samuel Pitt, 26, of 3011 Lincoln Way, was arrested and charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and criminal mischief at the Insectory. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center (reported at 7:10 p.m.).

A golf cart operated by Doug Hicks tipped over, resulting in personal injury at Wallace Road and Osborn Drive (reported at 10:50 p.m.).
