Joelle Schmidt, 24, of Clarksville, Tenn., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts. She was transported to the Story County Justice Center (reported at 2:43 a.m.).

Deividas Guinan, 19, of Des Moines, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension. He was subsequently released on citation (reported at 4:24 p.m.).
