Fitness Challenge: Sarah Clark, introduction

Sarah Clark, News Reporter:
Starting point: Average fitness level, healthy adult, pretty active.
Goal: to lose 10 pounds, and get more toned in arms and thighs.
Potential challenges: Requiring myself to work out every day and not falling out of my routine on the weekends.
My plan is that with the combination of weight training, running and
abs every day at the gym, I will be able to see a difference in my physical appearance as well as feel a difference in my endurance and strength when running and lifting weights.
