Fitness Challenge: Gabriel Stoffa week 1

Here we go, on the wild and wonderful adventure of working out and burning fat. Frankly, I like exercising, but it is somewhat of a hassle for me, mentally, when the equipment is not close to where I live.
As luck would have it, this P90X program can be done from home.
For anyone who has not heard of P90X, it is a series of workouts that last about two hours each day that confuse your muscles so they can keep growing and your body keeps improving.
I don’t understand the system of confusion versus any of the other workout plans out there, but I figure enough people have been talking about this one I will give it a whirl.
The first couple days of doing it I was sore. That is to be expected from any routine, so I cannot yet comment on whether it is anything too difficult.
That is all I have for now. Once I have gone through a full week of the routines, as they change each day, I will have a fuller understanding and wiill write about it here.
