Fitness challenge: Brian Smith, week 1

Well, I’ve been participating in the fitness challenge for one day and I haven’t abandoned it, yet.
I’m not sure if it was because I was thinking about this or not, but I’ve actually done really well the last two days. I went to Lied yesterday afternoon. I even walked to and from work today instead of driving back after my extended lunch break.
I’ve eaten pretty well, too. Although I’m likely going to end up eating some junk food before bed tonight, but I’m allowed a reward after a long day, right?
I’m planning to go to Lied on Saturday, so I should keep my goal of at least two trips per week.
