Iowa State offers many resources to treat and support mental health:
- Text the 24-hour Crisis Text Line: Text ISU to 741-741.
- Student Counseling Services are located in the Student Services Building.
- Resources include workshops designed to confront and manage anxiety and depression for individuals, couples and groups.
- Biofeedback is a resource that informs individuals on the body’s physiological responses to everyday events. A benefit of using this is assisting the body with recovering from exertion.
