If you’ve been exploring the Daily’s website in the last few days, you may have noticed the addition of some Facebook plugins.

The most obvious addition is the share and recommend buttons seen on all of our stories. We hope that you will use these new plugsin to share articles that you like.

We have also added a Facebook activity stream, which showcases what articles your friends are sharing and recommending. This feature should make it easier to find content that is of interest to you.

These additions are just the start. When our commenting and community calendar launches in the coming weeks, you’ll have to option to log in using your Facebook account, instead of a username created just for our website.
