Siyu Chen, 20, 1338 Walton Drive unit 205, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension. He was subsequently released on citation. (reported at 6:28 p.m.)

Two juvenile males were taken into custody and charged with theft and criminal mischief, after being observed taking items from a vending machine and damaging property. They were referred to Juvenile Court Services and then released to the custody of their respective relatives. (reported at 8:50 a.m.)
