Football season tickets no longer on ISUCards
August 20, 2010
Due to damaged equipment in Hilton Coliseum from recent flooding, student season football tickets will continue to be on paper.
The ISU athletic department decided a few weeks ago to switch football tickets to a completely electronic system, where students would scan their ISUCard at each game.
If students have already purchased their season tickets:
- Student ticket pickup will be Monday, Aug. 30 through Wednesday, Sept. 1 (from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m) at the Jacobson Athletic Building atrium located on the north side of Jack Trice Stadium (1800 S. Fourth Street).
- Students can pick up their student football tickets the day of the first game (Sept. 2) at the ticket trailer located outside Gate 1 on the northeast corner of Jack Trice Stadium.
- Your ISUCard is required for ticket pickup.
- Note, ticket pickup lines are generally much shorter in the morning.
If students have not yet purchased their season tickets:
- Important: The athletic department expects extremely long lines for students who intend to purchase season tickets at the athletics ticket office. Students are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets online to avoid a long wait.
- Tickets can be purchased online 24 hours a day and only requires a student ID number. Input this number into the “Account ID” AND “Password” fields. Students will automatically be sent a confirmation e-mail.
- Refer to the directions above to pick up student tickets.
