Justin Hanson, 19, of Kamrar, and Kaleb Keicher, 19, of Ozark, Mo., were arrested and charged with third degree criminal mischief. A 17-year-old male was taken into custody and charged with third degree criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. (reported at 1:05 a.m.)
