Student leaders will hold an open forum to discuss the possible acquisition of the Varsity Theater, 2412 Lincoln Way. The forum will be held at 8 p.m. Nov. 3 in the Cardinal Room of the Memorial Union.

The Campustown Student Association has proposed the university buy the theater and re-purpose it into a student life center. The Government of the Student Body appointed a task force to study the issue. Task force members continue to refine the proposal and are currently seeking cost estimates for specific portions of the project.
