LETTERS: Minimize judging, embrace college life

In response to Sarah DeAngelo’s column on campus conformity: OK, so you say you look around and see no one who stands out. You also say that “campus conformity” is basically a disease that has spread faster than H1N1. Well, considering that you have gone to school here for a little over a month, how can you really know?

You said that you noticed this during your morning coffee run. Very original! You and the other 21,000 students have a morning coffee ritual, I am sure that you blended right in.

What is wrong with being like your peers? After all, who cares? After you were talking about Leslie Hall, you said, “As long as you live a happy life…” and “What you are going to look back on is the fond memories.”

Well, please take your own advice and just be happy! Stop worrying and judging the student body and just enjoy your college career, it goes by way too fast.
