Polls open at 7 a.m. for school board elections

Four members of the Ames community are vying for three seats on the Ames school board on Tuesday.
Two write-in candidates, Kevin Stow, assistant vice president of Human Resources and Governance for ISU Foundation, and Bill Talbot, of Ames, will seek seats on the board along with the two candidates on the ballot, incumbent Roy Cakerice, an advisor to student teachers at Iowa State, and David Putz, of Ames.
Polls will open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. Check iowastatedaily.net Tuesday night or read Wednesday’s Daily for results.
