Unofficial results on the Story County Auditor’s Web site show incumbent Roy Cakerice, David Putz and Bill Talbot have been elected to the Ames Community School Board.

Putz and Cakerice, the two candidates who filed formal papers to run, led winning votes with 28 percent and 26 percent, respectively. Talbot, who ran a write-in campaign, took the third seat with 939 write in votes.
