The former director of the engineering communications and marketing department in the College of Engineering will be arraigned Monday on charges of first-degree theft and ongoing criminal conduct.

Pam Reinig, who resigned from her post in March of 2008, was summoned Aug. 21 to appear at the Story County Courthouse in Nevada.

An investigation by the state auditor’s office found that Reinig was depositing money intended for the engineering communications and marketing department into her personal bank account, according to a report released Feb. 27.
