Associate provost in running for position at University of Ohio

The University of Ohio announced Wednesday that Susan Carlson, ISU associate provost for faculty advancement and diversity, is one of three finalists for the position of executive vice president and provost at Ohio, according to the Ohio University Outlook.
Carlson will travel to the Athens, Ohio campus on May 4 for an interview with the university.
Carlson has been at Iowa State since 1980, originally serving on the English Department faculty. She became the associate provost for faulty advancement and diversity in 2004.
