Iowa State will be back in action this Thursday when they travel to Des Monies to take on Drake in a double header starting at 3 pm.

The Cyclones are coming off a 6-1 win against North Dakota State on Tuesday and will be looking to string a few wins together, something coach Stacy Gemeinhardt-Cesler said has been eluding them as of late.

Iowa State has had trouble in the second games of series lately starting at Oklahoma on March 22 where they lost the second game 10-0, and its series on starting Saturday against Texas Tech where they won the first game 7-2 and followed it up with a 4-3 lost on Sunday.
