Flood warning issued

The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for South Skunk River below Squaw Creek.
According to the service, at 10 a.m. on Monday the river was at 19.9 feet; the flood level is 20 feet. The river is expected to rise to 20 feet today and fall below the flood level late Tuesday. The warning is issued until 1:59 p.m. Tuesday. The service recommends finding alternative routes if you encounter a flooded area.
