Reiman Gardens will host their annual Blossoms of Light event Friday from 5-8 p.m. The evening will include live music, an appearance by Santa, and family activities. There will also be a special showing of black light viewing in the Butterfly wing, allowing viewers to see butterflies sleeping. Holiday displays features scenes from “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens in the gardens. Entrance to Blossoms of Light is regular Gardens’ admission — free for members of Reiman Gardens and Iowa State University students with their student ID card.
