Pop singer Britney Spears celebrated her 27th birthday party with a circus-themed party at the New York club Tenjune. Her album, “Circus,” came out Tuesday. Scott Ruffalo, brother of actor Mark Ruffalo, was shot in the head at his Beverly Hills home Monday morning. He’s in the hospital in serious condition. Fall Out Boy singer Pete Wentz recently revealed his new son, Bronx Mowgli, with wife and singer Ashlee Simpson wasn’t planned, but it has helped him grow up. Lindsay Lohan isn’t on good terms with Facebook after an account she set up with the social network was deactivated because the company thought it was a fake account. Talk show host Kelly Ripa denies reports that her marriage to actor Mark Consuelos is on the rocks. The pair have been married 12 years. After “The Hills” couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt pulled a surprise wedding without family present, Montag’s mother, Darlene Egelhoff, told Us Weekly she estimates the marriage will last six months. Actor Elisha Cuthbert’s ex, Dallas Stars hockey player Sean Avery, has been suspended indefinitely by the National Hockey League because he referred to her as “sloppy seconds” while talking to reporters. Cuthbert is now dating Avery’s teammate, Dion Phaneuf. .. “Spider-Man” actor Tobey Maguire is expecting his second child with his wife, Jennifer Meyer.
