We have one of the most historic elections in history, no matter who wins. The Obama-Biden campaign promises change in Washington, the McCain-Palin campaign runs on being mavericks and John McCain has, in the past, stood against the Republican Party. I do believe no matter who is elected Americans will continue to live their lives every day just like we are doing now, and I do not believe either of these candidates will deliver what this country needs.

Who, I believe, this country needs is somebody with leadership, courage and real mental toughness, so why not Chuck Norris for president? Norris has been a leader his whole life, since he was a young man. Who do the people of this country trust more than Chuck Norris? You see his name everywhere, with all the Chuck Norris quotes. If you read his Web site, he has done about every leadership activity that is possible. He has been active in the Texas urban schools, helping students to get the education they deserve. He has been an active leader in the United Way and has also stood against corrupt politicians in Washington.

I support Chuck Norris because I am not a believer in party politics. I believe at the end of the day we are all Americans, and we all want to raise a family and have a house with a hot meal. I do not believe that this one institution of the presidency is going to change the way we live our everyday lives. I do hope that no matter who the next president is that he will listen to both sides of an issue, and that he will work with both sides of the aisle to help Americans with issues like our economy, health care and retirees, to just name a few.
