(reported at 9:10 p.m.) Jordan G. Troxel, 21, 706 Wilson Ave., was arrested on a warrant for intoxication.

(reported at 12:45 a.m.) Scott Ray Hitt, 39, of Richland, Mich., was arrested and charged with intoxication.
