Public Intoxication, Hayward Avenue (reported at 1:15 a.m.). Benjamin Ruther, 26, of 2644 Hunt St. #13, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.
Theft, Coover Hall (reported at 4:49 p.m.). Bobbette Smith reported the theft and subsequent use of a cell phone.
Burglary, Lot 112 (reported at 4:51 p.m.). Emily Heying reported a vehicle was entered; nothing appeared to be missing.
Traffic Collision, Lot 54 (reported at 9:05 p.m.). Vehicles owned and/or driven by Flor Hinojo and Jonathan Seibert were involved in a property damage collision.
Department Information, Science I (reported at 11:28 p.m.). An individual reported seeing a man possibly holding a long gun as he stood near a car parked at the loading dock. When interviewed, the reporting party was not certain the item was a gun. The area was searched, but nothing was found.

Theft, Armory (reported at 8:22 a.m.). A Design College staff member reported the theft of several sheets of roofing material.
