(reported at 1:25 a.m.) Alexander Hansen, 19, 716 Maple Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol.

(reported at 1:38 a.m.) Ryan Frank, 20, 3512 Tripp St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

(reported at 2:26 a.m.) Corbin Delacruz, 19, 320 Maple Hall, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession of alcohol.

(reported at 2:55 a.m.) Steven Steffen, 24, of Council Bluffs, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.

(reported at 10:13 p.m.) Austin Schmidt, 19, of Runnells, and Cory Sharp, 20, 6331 Frederiksen Court, were cited for underage possession of alcohol.

(reported at 11:04 p.m.) Daniel Fischer, 20, of Council Bluffs, was cited for underage possession of alcohol.

(reported at 11:15 p.m.) Officers assisted a person who was suffering from an apparent alcohol overdose. The individual was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center for treatment and observation.

(reported at 11:53 p.m.). Nhat Nguyen, 20, and Shaun Detloff, 20, both of 3328 Frederiksen Court, were cited for underage possession of alcohol.

(reported at 11:59 p.m.). A 17-year-old male was cited for underage possession of alcohol. He was referred to Juvenile Court Services and then released to the custody of a parent.
