(reported at 5:16 a.m.) David Opheim, 33, 1418 Ridgewood Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated (second offense), striking fixtures, and having an unattended vehicle.

(reported at 11:00 a.m.) Chandra Koushik, 21, 614 Billy Sunday Road #312, was arrested and charged on a warrant for contempt of court, failure to pay and failure to appear.
