(reported at 9:47 p.m.) Bradley Burcheh, 20, 200 Stanton Ave. #706, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

(reported at 2:52 p.m.) Bruce Mann, 23, of Kelley, was arrested and charged with eluding officers, operating while intoxicated, assault, injury with a motor vehicle and assault whereby a dangerous weapon is used in connection with the assault.
