Public Intoxication, 100 block of Welch Avenue (reported at 1:20 a.m.). David Kouang, 25, 4226 Frederiksen Court, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.

Harassment, Armory (reported at 4:47 a.m.). A staff member reported receiving several harassing telephone calls.

Medical Assist, Lied Recreation Center (reported at 6:03 a.m.). Officers assisted an individual who had fallen outside the building. The person was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center for treatment.

Suspicious Activity, Coover Hall (reported at 1:13 p.m.). A staff member reported receiving a suspicious envelope in the mail. It was later determined the mailing was legitimate.

Theft, Davidson Hall (reported at 4:34 p.m.). A staff member reported the theft of a printer.

Theft, Lot 112 (reported at 4:37 p.m.). Krysta Belser reported the theft of a license plate from her vehicle.

Traffic Collision, Memorial Union Ramp (reported at 5:12 p.m.). A vehicle damaged an access gate arm as the driver entered the ramp.
