(reported at 2:00 a.m.) William Thomsen, 43, of Nevada, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and interfering with official acts.

(reported at 1:38 p.m.) Grahm Thomsen, 23, 1338 Walton Drive #203, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
