Why all this coverage of the Government of the Student Body in the Daily? Well, there is a reason, because this election is a big decision for students. Students don’t realize what this election means for us. It’s very clear to me that the only way students are going to get something out of voting next week, and see some results from GSB, is if they cast their vote for Ryan Crampton and Jeff Edwards.

Their message is “Two Men Who DO WORK!” That message couldn’t say it better. Their leadership style is more laid back, and more of a “we are all in this together” attitude. Crampton and Edwards are students just like us – but they have big plans for students and real ideas that are going to enhance our experience here.

Their positive campaign and fun personalities are refreshing to see from someone running for the GSB. They will do things like provide a free back-to-school concert in the fall and revolutionize the way GSB interacts and represents students, to truly stay in tune with the students they represent.

We can sit back and allow GSB to continue to run the course that it is on and see no real change for students, or we can take one minute next Monday and Tuesday and vote online at www.vote.iastate.edu for Crampton-Edwards and know that work will actually be done to enhance our experience.
