(reported at 11:00 a.m.) Chris Bock, 19, 4700 Todd Drive, was arrested and charged with third degree theft.

(reported at 2:00 p.m.) Corey Dinther, 25, 1429 16th St., was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
