(Reported at 8:35 p.m.) Jamie De Roin, 27, 102 Mulberry Court, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

(Reported at 11:30 p.m.) Brian Powell, 30, 1401 Florida Ave., was arrested and charged with assault with the intent to commit sexual abuse, domestic abuse and obstruction of an emergency call.

(Reported at 10:15 p.m.) Robert Armstrong, 36, 2023 Kellogg Ave., was arrested and charged with burglary.

(Reported at 1:15 a.m.) Christopher Lansin, 24, of Des Moines, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated (1st offense).

(Reported at 2:28 a.m.) Wayne Allen Macal, 41, 4704 Todd Drive, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated (2nd offense).

(Reported at 1:15 a.m.) Thomas Wrecsics Jr., 27, 4003 Quebec St., was arrested and charged with domestic assault and child endangerment.
