Public Intoxication, Wallace-Wilson Commons (reported at12:45 a.m.). Joseph Stewart, 20, of Polk City, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.

OWI, Campus Avenue and Lincoln Way (reported at 2:27 a.m.). Jason Kurtz, 31, 4433 Toronto St. #113, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated (second offense). He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.

Public Intoxication/Alcohol Violation, Lincoln Way and Sheldon Avenue (reported at 3:34 a.m.). Cody Eyanson, 19, 528 Billy Sunday Road, was cited for underage possession of alcohol.

Theft, Helser Hall (reported at 11:44 a.m.). A resident reported unauthorized purchases were made on his ISU card. Report initiated.

Lost Property, Frederiksen Court (reported at 7:15 p.m.). A resident reported losing a wallet.
